Transilvania Executive Education (TEE), Banca Transilvania and Republica.ro announce the winners of the BT Roberto Marzanati scholarships for the Executive MBA 2026 cohort. These scholarships cover 50% of the tuition fee and are dedicated to professionals who demonstrate excellence, ambition, and commitment to community development.
This year’s competition attracted applications from diverse fields: IT, manufacturing, marketing, consulting, HR, energy, NGOs, and more. The evaluation process was rigorous, involving program alumni, sponsor representatives, international professors, and business leaders. Candidates were assessed not only on their strategic plans but also on their presence and authenticity during face-to-face interviews.
The two winners are:
- George Mosoia – Founder and President, Dog Assist Association
- Codruța Fernea – Founder and CEO, E311 Unique Solutions
George-Doru Mosoia is the founder and president of the Dog Assist Association, an organization that develops animal-assisted therapeutic and educational programs with impact in emotional health, social inclusion, and community development. With more than 12 years of experience in the field and over 30 years of involvement in the nonprofit sector, he has built an extensive portfolio of collaborations with universities, schools, and public and private institutions, contributing significantly to the professionalization of animal-assisted interventions in Romania.
Under his leadership, Dog Assist has become a European reference organization, delivering over 5,000 hours of therapeutic interventions annually, training specialists, and implementing programs dedicated to children, young people, and families in vulnerable situations. George-Doru Mosoia has prepared and evaluated dozens of humans–animal teams and has presented at national and international conferences on topics such as socio-emotional development, applied ethology, and human–animal interaction.
His work includes developing professional standards in the field, promoting relationship-based education, and coordinating innovative projects that integrate technology, prevention, and animal-assisted interventions. He strongly believes that the partnership between science, ethics, and community can generate sustainable models that can be replicated nationally, and through Dog Assist he is working to build a network of professional services accessible to as many communities as possible.
Codruța Fernea is the founder and CEO of E311 Unique Solutions, a company specialising in strategic communication consulting, organisational development, and project management. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has coordinated complex projects in education and culture, collaborating with institutions, organizations, and networks at local, national, and international levels. With strong skills in communication, branding, and strategy, she supports organisational transformation processes and participatory leadership. She believes in a leadership model based on authenticity, collaboration, and impact.
Codruța Fernea has been involved in volunteering for over two decades, including in Catholic Action, where, as national president, she coordinates projects that promote participation, solidarity, and values-based leadership. Currently, she leads initiatives for the national year “Cardinal Iuliu Hossu” 2025, a major program of the Greek-Catholic Church in Cluj, which highlights the legacy of Cardinal Iuliu Hossu and brings his message of faith, integrity, dignity, and civic courage into contemporary relevance.
The two winners will join the 12th cohort of the Executive MBA programme, starting on February 21, 2026, in Cluj-Napoca. The TEE Executive MBA programme is validated by the University of Buckingham and offers courses delivered by international and Romanian professors, with a practical, leadership-oriented approach.
