Each meeting is structured in the form of a workshop, organized face-to-face, in Cluj-Napoca, for 6 hours (from 14:00 to 20:00). International experts present at the event will address the latest trends/patterns that attendees can immediately apply in their organizations. After each event, a networking dinner will be organized.

The TEE Post-MBA School does not include assignments, credits and is not a formal educational program, but a different way of bringing together people with similar interests to discuss global issues, guided by world-class Professors,  in a less formal environment.

The workshops are designed for executives with at least 5 years of managerial experience. The idea of this project is to provide an opportunity for our alumni and other business leaders to meet, in a structured learning environment, under the guidance of international experts who are part of the teaching fly-in faculty of the Executive MBA program validated by Buckingham University.
