A Two-Year Executive Programme Designed for Modern Leadership
Courses begin on February 21 in Cluj-Napoca with the Induction module delivered by Dr Andrew Taylor, Executive MBA Programme Director, together with representatives of the University of Buckingham.
The Executive MBA curriculum covers 12 modules essential for today’s leaders: Leadership, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations Management, Systems Thinking, Complexity, Governance and Business Ethics, Management Consulting, and Digital Transformation.
Dr Andrew Taylor, Executive MBA Program Director, states: “Executive education is a necessity, no longer a luxury, for leaders who want to stay grounded and relevant. Those who choose to invest in their development are far better equipped to turn challenges into progress and to build healthy organisations aligned with market rhythms and trends. Our program offers exactly this balance: you stay close to your professional reality while gaining access to an international network and perspectives that shape the future of leadership. I wish great success to those embarking on this journey with the TEE Executive MBA!”
A Growing Executive Community of Nearly 250 Graduates
The TEE Executive MBA was launched in 2014 in Cluj-Napoca at the initiative of leaders from the business and academic environment: Banca Transilvania, Electrogrup, and Babeș-Bolyai University. Since then, nearly 250 people have graduated from the program, contributing to the development of the business community and to the growth of the community built around TEE.
