The 9th cohort started the TEE Executive MBA programme in Cluj-Napoca
- Professors from 10 universities will be teaching at the program
- The average age of the students is 36 years old
- The average years of experience in management is 15 years
The ninth generation of students is about to begin their Executive MBA program, validated by Buckingham University and hosted in Cluj-Napoca by Transilvania Executive Education. The program is 100% British, taught by international and Romanian experts with academic and business experience. Courses started on the 11th of February with the Induction module delivered by Dr. Andrew Taylor, the Executive MBA Program Director.
The 19 entrepreneurs and managers that will study the EMBA work in domains such as finances and banking, IT services, marketing, energy, education, research and innovation, software development, pharmaceutics, health & wellness, industrial and mechanical engineering, etc. The average student age of this group is 36 years old and a median of 15 years of work experience. Four of these students have a scholarship due to Banca Transilvania and Evergent Investments' involvement.
Dr. Andrew Taylor, the MBA Program Director declares: “We are thrilled to welcome to our community these 19 talented leaders who wish to invest in their education. The 12 modules of the programme taught by international and Romanian experts from 10 partner universities bring forth new practical business concepts and ideas that serve to further heighten the value of the companies where they work, companies with a large impact in the Romanian market and not exclusively so.”
For the ninth year in a row, the EMBA courses in Cluj-Napoca attract professionals from the most important companies in Transylvania, contributing to the development of the business sphere. In 2022, 4 program alumni involved in academic international projects joined the professor fly-in faculty composed of experts from 7 universities from Austria, the United States, Colombia, France, Great Britain, and Romania to teach the courses of the programme validated by Buckingham University. 10 speakers contributed to the teaching experience of the 8 modules that ran throughout 2022.
Transilvania Executive Education was launched in 2015 by Babes-Bolyai University, Banca Transilvania, and Electrogrup. Throughout the years, the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca, Emerson, Endava, British-Romanian Commerce Chamber (BRCC), and Dutch-Romanian Commerce Chamber (NRCC) all joined this educational initiative.
