Happy New Year to everyone, and most of all, to our beautiful community without whom we couldn’t have grown so much over the years!
2023 predicts itself as a packed year for TEE: the Executive MBA 2020 cohort will finish their studies in the first month of the year, the 2022 cohort will be getting closer and closer to the finish line, and the 2023 new Executive MBA group will learn how challenging but also fulfilling this Executive MBA, validated by the University of Buckingham and co-designed by the TEE business and alumni community, can be. Not to mention all the workshops we will continue providing that will give you the opportunity to meet with our experts and discuss the most interesting topics of the modern business world.
But before going more in-depth into what our team will be doing, let’s take a look at the next module the 2022 cohort will attend in late January and the last opportunity to join the free session before the next Executive MBA class starts in mid-February!
Because new years are usually seen as opportunities to improve things, we decided that the Disruptive Innovation: Practices and Processes module will be a perfect match as it will challenge our students to be creative, innovative, and both entrepreneurial as well as intrapreneurial. Check out below what the module is about!
The module will be delivered by Dr Mark Gregory, tutor in business at ONCAMPUS Global Paris and experienced consultant on Business Information Systems! It is our please to announce the guest speaker of this module, alumnus of the University of Hull Executive MBA and Vice President, Cognitive Computing Endava, Dr. Radu Orghidan!

The admission for the next Exevutive MBA class ends on the 31st of January! Check out the admission criteria on our website!
The Disruptive Innovation: Practices and Processes module is designed to be highly applied, practical and interactive so that our students can easily explore and critically analyse the range of ways in which creativity and innovation may be harnessed and promoted to create and capture value. More specifically, they will examine various strategies and cultures in a way that will enable them to discover their nuances, and thus, encourage innovation.

Students will learn how to translate conceptual knowledge into real-world application through the creation, risk assessment and presentation of an innovative business proposition. At the end of the class, they will be able to operate in an innovative environment, evaluating technological possibilities, emerging trends, and risks.
The key-feature of the Disruptive Innovation: Practices and Processes module lies in its structure, one that will challenge the students to develop their cognitive skills in order to demonstrate ability to think creatively and innovatively, to develop the ability of double-loop learning. In addition, the students will also be encouraged to develop and demonstrate collaborative and group learning skills.
With experience in information systems and their management, Dr Mark Gregory has recently occupied the position of tutor in business at ONCAMPUS Global Paris. He holds a PhD (Open University GB) in Information Systems, completed in 2017 and is a teacher, researcher, consultant, trainer and experienced programme manager.

In order to enrich the teaching experience within the Disruptive Innovation module, we invited as usual a guest speaker. This time, our students will meet Radu Orghidan.
