The graduation ceremony of two generations of Executive MBA students of Transilvania Executive Education in Romania will take place in Cluj-Napoca on October 12. The event will gather graduates of the programme from Class of 2023 - University of Hull and Class of 2024 - University of Buckingham, as well as alumni, current students and partners of the only Executive MBA programme in Transylvania.
The success of the graduates of the Executive MBA program will be celebrated with a graduation ceremony organised in the Aula Magna of the Babeș-Bolyai University, one of the most important partners of the Executive MBA programme, followed by a private networking event.
65% of EMBA program graduates have achieved Distinction, the highest academic qualification offered in the programme. 70% of them have advanced in their careers after completing the program. The graduates come from diverse industries such as banking, IT, marketing, software development, mechanical and industrial engineering, courier, retail, energy, etc. and hold top and middle management positions in renowned companies as Banca Transilvania, Emerson, AROBS, Accesa, Hexagon, GLS, UiPath, MTC Romania, franc.agency, EastGrain, Wirtek, Target-E, Alpin Sun, Sensience, Global Logique and E.ON. Six graduates received scholarships from Banca Transilvania and Evergent Investments to follow the programme.
Launched in Cluj-Napoca in 2015, in partnership with Hull University, Babeș-Bolyai University, Banca Transilvania and Electrogrup, the TEE Executive MBA programme has consolidated its reputation as one of the most highly regarded business programmes in the region. Since 2021, Buckingham University has joined as a partner, marking a new stage in the programme's evolution. Transilvania Executive Education Association is currently supported by: Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Emerson, the Romanian-British Chamber of Commerce and the Romanian-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
