In the fast-paced world of business, the role of a leader is a constant act involving making numerous decisions on a daily basis. You would believe that rationality should guide these decisions to achieve business objectives, yet the reality is different today. The contemporary business landscape is mostly characterised by irrational decision-making rather than the rational ones. This paradigm shift emphasises the importance of understanding human behaviour and its complex role in the decision-making process to achieve predictable outcomes.
Often referred to as the missing layer, comprehending human behaviour is crucial in influencing it effectively towards the expected results. This is where the fascinating realm of behavioural economics comes into play, providing valuable insights to guide actions and strategies.
In this masterclass, we embark on a journey to discover more about behavioural economics under the guidance of Dr. Alin Băiescu, a Senior Executive professional with over two decades of extensive experience in the financial banking, insurance, and pensions sectors. The event will be held on October 17, from 12 pm at BT Campus (Dorobanților 30). If you’d like to register for it please complete the registration form.
