A New EMBA Cohort Starts the Business School Courses  at Transilvania Executive Education
  • 18 managers and entrepreneurs start the TEE Executive MBA programme

  • Professors from 12 universities will teach in the programme

The eleventh generation of executives starts the Executive MBA programme, validated by Buckingham University and organised in Cluj-Napoca by Transilvania Executive Education. The programme is 100% British, taught by international and Romanian experts with academic and business experience. The courses start on February 8 this year, with a module delivered by Dr. Andrew Taylor, director of the Executive MBA programme and representatives of Buckingham University.

The average age of managers and entrepreneurs joining the program is 40. They work in fields such as finance and banking, IT, mechanical and industrial engineering, aviation, design, tourism, automotive, manufacturing, construction materials, etc., with an average of 16 years of management experience. Two of the students receive a scholarship from Banca Transilvania. 40% of the trainees have an executive role and 60% have managerial roles in marketing, human resources, finance and operations.

For the eleventh year in a row, the courses of the Executive MBA programme in Cluj-Napoca are attracting professionals from the most important companies in Romania, contributing to the development of the business environment. In 2024, over 21 professors and lecturers from 14 universities in Austria, America, Colombia, Denmark, Hungary, United Kingdom and Romania contributed to the teaching of the courses in this Buckingham University validated programme.
