Christopher Gleadle is Chair of the Paddy Ashdown Forum and CEO Sustainable Viability, with over three decades of experience as an advisor, speaker, trainer and mentor in systems thinking.

Ligia Cremene is a systemic consultant, transformation facilitator, and coach. She joins people in exploring system dynamics at multiple levels: individual, group, organisation, and society.

The masterclass will draw on the concepts and suite of tools specific for sphere economy, systemic coaching, experiential learning, experimenting with how systemic perception and systems thinking can be used together in decision making, testing and tapping into intuition as essential leadership skills.

This workshop is tailored for leaders who:
