This September, we proudly celebrate the graduation of 19 exceptional executives from the TEE Executive MBA programme, validated by The University of Buckingham. These professionals - entrepreneurs and managers alike - represent a dynamic cross-section of industries, including finance and banking, IT services, marketing, energy, education, research and innovation, software development, health & wellness, furniture manufacturing, and industrial and mechanical engineering.

The EMBA Experience: Learning, Leading, and Growing Together
The TEE Executive MBA is a 100% British programme delivered locally in Cluj-Napoca, with one international module held at the University of Buckingham in the UK. Over the course of two years, students completed 12 modules every 6 weeks for 4 days. The curriculum is designed to be immediately practical, with a strong emphasis on applying knowledge in real-time business contexts.
The 12 modules brought together 21 lecturers from 10 European universities and 6 leading companies. From system thinking and digital innovation to ethics, governance, and entrepreneurship, the modules were crafted to challenge and inspire. The fly-in faculty model ensured that students learned from top-tier experts while staying rooted in their local business environment. 50% of the class graduated with Distinction, the highest academic honor.
As Mihaela Coroiu, Business Development Manager @EnergoBit shared, “I had the pleasure of learning from exceptional professors and lecturers.
