We position ourselves as a leading executive education provider in Romania. TEE is an NGO launched from the desire to support access to executive education for the business community. This position is achieved by leveraging our competitive edge: fly-in professors with international practical and academic experience, international accreditations for the EMBA programme, academic experience by British standards, guest speakers from leading companies with outstanding business experience, extended networking opportunities, embeddedness in the local business community.

We are offering several executive educational programs which combine the theoretical and methodological understanding of business management with grounded and applied knowledge that can enhance the local management capacity and entrepreneurial potential and develop new opportunities. We connect the existent educational forms and expertise with new approaches and methods of learning, delivering at a local level executive education at global standards.

We work with a team that embodies both an in-depth understanding of the local context as well as international expertise and a broad understanding of the international context. And we believe that we are forming a community that shares not only common practices and norms but also common values and beliefs.
